"The Miko really makes me feel like I'm using an instrument, rather than a computer. I've been waiting for this feeling since I started using computers to make music."
-Fab, New York

-Samuel Hadad, Sweden
"Extremely satisfied. Definitely worth every penny."
-Anthony Dash, South Carolina
"I am doing things with this board that I could've never have been able to pull off running my keyboards thru a laptop. This board has made my life so much easier and it has opened up so many different levels of creativity on my end."
-Rocky Searan, Arizona
"You know, I bought a MiKo workstation to get me through a work crunch and I find it spectacular in dependability, particularly the responsiveness of the service department - whom I have had nice email exchanges with, but have not had to call yet. The market will soon, I think, sort out the people who test their products from those who do not. In light of my many years of experience, the fact that I have not called asking for help is remarkable. Even more remarkable is the fact that I know you are available to help me late into the night (and even in town). This it not typical of what happens when one gets an entire new system. I cannot tell you how pleased I am, and how important these issues are to my heart and my business, and to the hearts of my friends who are musicians, computer owners, industry movers and shakers, and attendees of Project Bar-B-Q."
-The Fat Man (George Alistair Sanger), Texas
"The product is an excellant piece and long overdue. Your super team's customer service - Hank, Matt, Tom, and Taylor are the best. Thank you so much. Bought a second this morning!"
-Anthony Washington, Ohio
"My producer, Carlos Broady, was telling me about it after a show. He was telling me it could clone the keys and samplers I've been hauling around to the shows and may be a good solution to simplify my rig. The more I looked into it, the more I saw the potential for a solution to my problem. Which, by the way, was having a bunch of hardware that was, not only a pain to setup every show, but becoming quickly outdated and unexpandable. However, the rig was dependable, a worthy sacrifice for ease of use. Yet, the possibility of having your cake and eating it too, in this situation, is just too much to let pass. So, here I am."
- Justin Jones, Texas
"We're really happy to have the MiKo because without it, it wouldn't be possible for us to do what we're doing."
-Jesse Carmichael of Maroon5
"I can honestly say Open Labs has the best customer service I've dealt with, plus the fact everything is upgradable, makes this the best piece of equipment to come out."
-Mucka of MLMG
"So far I love my NeKo and I'm only too happy to shout its praises to anyone who'll listen."
-Vince Jones, United Kingdom

-Dan Barnhart, Colorado
"I’m going to use it everywhere. For one thing, it’s small and easy to travel with and I can eliminate a lot of my disc cases and stuff. I don’t have to carry around anything else, I just do it!"
-Timbaland, Artist and Producer
"I really love it. The thing can do so much, every day you can find something new."
-Lil Jon, Artist and Producer
"I have been strictly Mac for the past eight years and still am. With that said the NeKo doesn't really run like a PC to me. All the extra components like spyware, spam blocker, automatic updates and everything not needed for music has either [been] disabled or removed completely from my NeKo. I use to midi three keyboards into my mv-8000 just to be able to get the quality of music I heard in my head into Protools®. That doesn’t include the countless soundtracks and sample libraries that I have on CD, and disk ... now the only thing I use is my NeKo, my mv-8000 and the Korg Karma from time to time. All my libraries and countless VSTi's have been placed into my NeKo ... I don't know if I'm up there with Polo yet, but I'm pretty close. Pretty much what I'm saying is, my mind has never been so over flooded with ideas; I can tap my finger on the touch screen and pull up over a 1,000 presets in one VSTi. None of my keyboards ever had that potential. You can get a laptop and load it with VSTi's but the workflow will never be as smooth and as effortless ... I even do the majority of my mixes right there on the NeKo and no one could ever say they hear a difference. My best advise would be to demo one if your not sold ... I want to warn you though ... after you use the NeKo or the MiKo the other keyboard workstations out there won't feel the same and a computer and a midi controller wont cut it either. Almost forgot ... you might hear this a lot, but the tech support is outstanding. I really don't even need another board, but I'm going to get the Timbaland MiKo for going on the road just because of the excellent customer service I have experienced. Personally, I know I can go to Jupiter and if I find a internet connection Open Labs will do a remote session if needed without thinking twice."
-Ija 'GrindTime' Watson, South Carolina
"I love the fact that everything - GigaStudio, all the soft synths I have, everything I'm used to working with, is all there available to me and I can just take it with me wherever I want to go. It really makes the writing a lot easier and a lot of fun. "
-Jonathan Davis of KoRn
"I use my NeKo for just about everything I do, but I especially find it indispensable live, because of it's flexible outputs, and endless variety of sounds. The huge display makes seeing what you're doing on stage a dream!"
-Jimmy Nichols, Keyboardist for Faith Hill
"Open Labs has single-handedly changed the rules in the music world. You cannot look at this as just another keyboard. I recommend this board to any serious musician because of its ease of use -- the Karsyn software makes setting up for gigs effortless. But the biggest reason I tell people to buy these things is the fact that you are no longer bound to the sounds that other keyboard manufacturers give you. This machine will be anything you want it to be -- more and more VST instruments are created everyday; and you can use them all in this machine. It is the ONLY board out there that can evolve with you, hands down ..."
-Gabe Romero of Ringling Bros & Barnum Bailey Circus
"Everything in one compact instrument!"
-Yi Hsin Chen, New York
"An all in one unit is what I've been looking for!"
-Thomas Simons, Georgia
"I’m just starting to use the other synths that came with the MiKo, and I have to admit I was very surprised. The great thing is that Open Labs took the time to select the best sound modules out there, and arranged it in a nice way. So, I don’t have to bother about visiting sites and checking every new thing. You guys are doing that for us musicians. So, we can concentrate on the actual music. There are a lot of new updates and new plugins, synthesis, samples everyday -- and finally limitless upgrades or updates. And if I have got some spare time, I can always add more stuff myself. That’s the beauty of the system. But the stuff that came with the MiKo is really good. You can bet that soon my songs will be using a lot of those products."
-William K, Creator of Wusikstation
"Incredible stuff, loving it! Thanks!"
-John St. Jean, Delaware
"I think its a great."
-Dirk Heibel, United Arab Emirates
"Powerful all in one baby!"
-Leonardo Mora, California
"I've owned all the keyboards you can name ... and none of them compares to my NeKo. How many keyboards can you use ProTools® and have access to over 4TB of sounds? My NeKo can!"
-Ace'lo, Louisana
"It does everything I need it to do."
-Bill Dennis, Illinois
"Well I was tired of all the crap you had to have to be called a pro studio. The deciding factor for me is the MiKo period ... and MimiK is the fat cherry on the top that made me go ahead and buy it. I could go on forever talking about how great it is, but you wont truly know until you have one."
-Louis Emerson, Mississippi
"Just before I discovered the NeKo, I attempted to combine the various devices that I would need for a state of the art “live” rig. After all was said and done, I had lots of equipment that required much set up time. Not to mention that the intuitive design features of the NeKo were still lacking, such as a touch screen display. I mean how cool is that! After spending more money than what it would cost for a Neko, I still wasn’t able to achieve my goal. So now with the Neko, I am able to take everything that I need in one device to a Groovethang performance, or a mobile recording session, and simply set it up as I would one of my synthesizers. That’s what I call a dream machine, and I finally have this awesome creation!"
-Justin Stewart of Groovethang
