Producer's Edge Magazine -- Writing the intro for an interview is usually pretty easy. I pick one of their favorite accomplishments and I roll with that. The problem with Teddy Riley is figuring out how to categorize him: musician or producer or artist? Each aspect of his dynamic personality contributes in such a way that there is no easy way to separate the different roles he played over the years.
